INTRODUCTION
Lymphangiography although an age old technique to visualise lymphatic channels gained significant popularity in 2011- 2012, when intra-nodal lymphangiography was introduced. We report a case of chyluria secondary to disseminated genito-urinary tuberculosis in a 28 year lady presented with white coloured urine for 1 month, abdominal pain and discomfort for 5 months.

PATIENT AND METHOD
After informed consent, ethiodized oil was injected into bilateral inguinal lymph nodes under USG guidance using 22G metallic vein set. Dynamic study under fluoroscopy initially followed by serial spot radiographs were taken at intervals of 30 minutes to visualise ascent of the contrast within the lymphatic channels.

OUTCOME
After 4 hours of contrast administration, it was seen to be communicating with left renal hilar lymphatic channels and then into ureter. The contrast was further visualised to move caudally inside the left ureter with peristalsis. The contrast in the ureter disappeared after micturition. Hence making the diagnosis of lymphatic leak at the level of left renal hilar lymphatic channels.

CONCLUSION
Tuberculosis, although eradicated in western world, still is quite common in India. Genito-urinary tuberculosis comprises of 20% of extra-pulmonary disease in India and association with chyluria is very rare. Invasive lymphangiography as a modality still remains pertinent for diagnosing such rare presentation of a common disease.
